The Book- Cash from SqFt Gardening

Hello again- Sometime ago the topic came up of larger sqft gardens and
another book by Mel, Cash From Square Foot Gardening.  In my chat with him
he said the book is no longer in print. If enough people were interested he
said that he may try to find someone to publish it again.
The book was 250 pages with basics of SqFt gardening and how to use longer
beds and setting up growing more vegetables with selling them to local green
markets or restaurants, How to plan, grow, and market you crop.
