Probably not, but the comparative price may make it worth it anyway. Even if
you have to change them out every year, do you think the expensive one would
last 4 years? Maybe, but it might be worth the test. All plastic degrades
under the sun, so I wouldn't count on the $16 ones lasting more than 4-7
years anyway.
