Hi.  You can get the book Square Foot Gardening from the library and 
read it. I ended up buying my own copy.

This year was my first attempt at square foot gardening.  A lot of 
things failed, but I look at it as not total failure, but pure 
learning.  I didn't pay close attention to what I read, and planted 
my tomatoes too close to each other and things like that.  Also, my 
gardens are in raised beds, so I should have watered much mroe than I 
did.  I will do better next year.
