I've got ants in my garden and then these small white things that LOOK like 
ants only smaller.  Ant type faces.  Aphids?  They're white, but from the 
description, I'd thought Aphids were more wormy looking.  
No leaves are chewed, but someone's been nibbling on my tomatoes.  I thought 
it was just snails, but do aphids eat tomatoes?  Do ants?  I've never seen 
ants on the eaten part, but i have seen snails.
Off to string up the copper tape.  And I did find Sluggo -- safe around wild 
animals and dogs -- for the flower beds!
