Re: Rat(s) & compost??

Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html

Wow! You too? I went to visit one of my garden buddies yesterday, and She
has a massive rat running rampant through her garden. He is eating things
that were 3' off of the ground. I swear he is as big as a dog.

She has a compost pile too....but she thinks he is living in a big pile of
vegetation she has piled ready to go into her compost pile.

The dogs are always after this area, it is fenced off, but they are trying
to dig under to get to the pile. She said that from the way they act, she
is sure that is where he is living. Do you have any piles like that?

You need a cat, better get a big, mean one!!!!
