Maybe your rats aren't hungry enough!
The friend I wrote about earlier, has a beautiful wooden picket fence around
her entire vegetable garden. That is why the dogs can't get at that rat.
Somehow the rat got into the garden. The spacing on the pickets is only
about an inch at the most.
He is eating everything!!
