Excellent point. I just took a quick scan through Putting Food By and didn't
see the answer to this, although I do see an applee (very acidy, of course)
and tomato relish that was BWB -- lemon juice and vinegar added, so no sure
answer. The answer's probably there, I just haven't found it.
