Do you have a commerical garden?
My sister lives in Oceano and said that there are a few gardens down by her.  Is one of them yours?
I hope that what we are having is not global warming!  It was very cold in Nicolaus too today.

Same here, we are above Sacramento and were have never been hit by frost this last in the year.

Here near the ocean no frost but VERY cold wind.  Near Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, CA.
