Chuck can explain better than I can, but most of
his rebloomers like to be moved a lot. Since I don't want to give up a
current year's bloom, each spring I usually pull a rhizome off the back of a
clump and replant it elsewhere. They usually rebloom the next year, or the
one after that.
Needless to say, I have a few too many clumps of
some of these now, but Forever Blue in particular reblooms in 4 totally
different locations around my garden.
