Don’t you dare get rid of that one, Donald.  I really like it.  I liked the clump picture too, but this close up is stunning with the slender horns contrasting with the darker fall color.  The falls could be wider, but none are totally perfect.  I would consider introducing it.

Here's an overhead photo that show the color and the appendages.

It is hard to toss something that is productive of blooms.  After all is
said and done, I grow irises for the blooms they provide.  So those that
don't have the best individual blooms but are superior for providing
quantities of bloom tend to get reprieves from getting tossed.  As garden
plants they are effective.
