Mill Race as well as Bosky Dell are(Cup Race x High Sierra)) 

 

 

so, If we develop further we get:

(((Sapphire hills x  (Cup Race x High Sierra)) x ((Cup Race x High Sierra) x (Cup Race x High Sierra))) X (((Sapphire hills x  (Cup Race x High Sierra)) x ((Cup Race x High Sierra) x (Cup Race x High Sierra)))

 

   

That makes  SKATING PARTY  1/4 Sapphire hills , 3/8 Cup Race ,and 2/8 High Sierra

Are there any REbloom carriers there ?

That's good to know.  I'd not heard of SP reblooming for anyone, thus the use of it as an example!  It is among the later irises to bloom in the spring for me.  Something local people can depend on to bloom for our show, which is normally late. 
 
Has Silverado rebloomed for you? 
 
From what Griff said, I guess all irises could be considered to have the genetic ability.  Many have never done it for me.  Maybe I need to move!   Or water more!
