Betsy,
It's very common to have clean foliage here, as we only have 9-10 inches of precipitation a year here, a lot of that coming from snow---plus humidity is low. Temperatures, however, have dipped into the 30s the last 2 nights, and we have had terrible winds that have battered some blossoms to pieces.
