REB: Summer Radiance

Yes, Summer Radiance starting blooming four days ago.  It made quite a nice 
stalk considering the high temps we've had.  Eternal Waltz is reblooming for 
the first time for me here, and Fire On Ice looks like it will bloom before 
it frosts.  Wish I could say if Fire On Ice was rebloom, but I was a bit 
distracted keeping track of seedlings, and can't remember even looking at 
many of the new plants I'd planted the fall before.
