I agree with Ken and Rodney. You shouldn't stress over
the question of whether to publish for convention.
It would be great to have as much information as you
have added now and it would be great to have more
information in the near future. I know that for me
reaching milestones in projects is very rewarding,
but I want a certain level of quality. This is your
project. I think it comes down to two questions:
how important is it to you to get the next version out
and does the current draft meet your standards of
quality (ignoring the fact that you want more information
in it)? If the draft needs any work (even another proof
reading), I wouldn't bother trying for convention. If it
is printable as is, then I see nothing wrong with going
with what you have.
