Re: virginica & versicolor


I crossed shrevei & versicolor 'light blue' a few years ago... the 
seedlings are planted in a bed with other TBs and they are blooming 
quite well, albeit on very dwarf stalks.  I suspect if I planted them 
in the pond they'd be much taller.  But I am impressed that they are 
growing well in an ordinary garden bed.  The flowers are 
indistinguishable from versicolor, as best as I can tell.
