ï Here's the entire 4 chunks. My friend was
lucky to find one that was still flowering, although it's past it's prime
already. You can see where some of the foliage was mowed
down.
The foliage is only 24" high, the flower is about
3" across and 2 1/2" high.
Now what do I do with it? Clean it up, see
how many rhizomes there are and pot them all? Mail some immediately
to Chuck and Jim? I'd hate to plant them with all that grass. 3
pieces have no bloomstalk.
How I wish my husband had my new spuria and
siberian bed ready. It's a fall project though.
