I read a tip on the IBS web site, I believe, that you should replant them deeper as the rhizomes grow out of the soil. That seemed to rejuvenate my oldest pot.

That's interesting.  I have my Neomarica in a TINY pot and they seem to be loving it.  I'm occasionally bad about watering them and they never sulked for being to dry.  I will have to experiment when I divide mine, and try some in big pots like you mentioned.  And keep some in the small pots.

I finally caught mine in bloom yesterday.  Two heavenly scented flowers in full bloom at 8am.  I was thrilled !!!!
