I think that what s/he (I'm not an expert in Norwegian
first names) wants is a botanical name.

I was hoping that someone might recognize this as a
particular species or variety. Since it's a garden plant,
it's probably more likely to be an early hybrid than a
species.

Iris cv. Hort. would certainly cover it without
introducing possibly incorrect information :-)
