Re: Re: Unknown Spuria

Hi El,

At first I thought it was one I saw by Marty Schafer and Jan Sacks called 'Gerorgian Delicacy'

However it came out in 1998 so if you have had this 15 years it cannot be.

It is very specie like and If I had to guess the parentage I would say I. spuria ssp. carthaliniae.

It looks nice and is very much a keeper

All My Best

Will

El, Thank you for telling me how to attach a photo.

I think I may have finally gotten the Spuria photos attached that I would like identified.  (I had tried before doing it from the Yahoo Group site and could not see where to attach photos from there.)  They are much smaller in size than originals, but not sure if they are still too big or not.  I will try this and if it does not work, I will try something else.

I have had this iris about 15 years and it is not blooming as much in the past few years.  It is about three feet across and never divided ? maybe next year!

PS Maybe next I will find out how to view Yuri?s photos.  J
