CULT: Leaf Rot not Spot

It has been unusually hot here for the last two weeks and I have just
notice a kind of rot that I have never seen before. So far it is only
effecting 2 or 3 of my TB's. But it looks like something that could
spread fast and I want to take care of it as soon as possible.

The leaf seems to be rotting starting about 3" up from the rhizome and
spreading down. It seems to effect the outer leaf (ocassionally the one
underneath). I don't notice any odor other than rotting leaf.

I really don't think it is leaf spot (unless it is different from the
usual leaf spot). In my garden I get round spots that turn brown and
gradually spread to the whole leaf. The leaf then tends to dry up and
die rather than rot.

Any ideas?

On the up side my first SDB bloomed today, BRIGHT MOMENT. This a good 3
weeks early!
