Unless you're out there EVERY DAY and counting! More than one borer can
live in each plant!
I didn't spray one year, thot I was vigilant, but some got thru anyway
to the bud and by the time of blooming, the borers had won the race.
If you have any beardless, they are even MORE difficult to find and
smite!
Perhaps a gas mask would help? Your neighbors will have questions, but
it would be worth it if you want to see +/-flawless blooms!
