Dog owners more responsible? IN A PIGS EYE! I've lived most of my life
around and in Big citys and I've seen more than enough stray dogs or
dogs people let rome around, no matter what the laws are. Now even out
here in Rosamond there's a bunch of dogs that run around, some are
stays people have dumped and others we know who's they are but the
people don't care and don't keep them in the yard.
There are also people who let their cats out all the time too and
don't have them fixed either. But dog owners being better? HaHaHa only

Maybe you ask her the next time, why is it they put down just as many
dogs as cats? Down in L.A. the pounds are so full of DOGS that they
are killing each other while in the pens.
Sorry, but that kind of statements is one that'll set me off fast.
