Hi Kathy, greetings from the North. I tried some "Post" last year and it
didn't hurt the Iris but I didn't try it on Siberians. Of interest, consider
Roundup in the fall. I had heard from Dave Niswonger that he has used it in he
fall with no damage to the plants. My old bed had many plants left in it,
discards and extras. They were sprayed with roundup in October and
subsequently plowed under. They are growing very well and havn't seemed to
have been phased in the least by the process. I stopped to take a closer look
yesterday and noted that the Pseudocorus and setosas were also ok. There
hadn't been any Siberian left there so I can't comment on them but would
assume that they would have been ok if the setosa and pseudos were ok.
