Donald,
There are two irises. OVATION is the older (Chet Thompson 69). STANDING
OVATION is more recent--Bryce Williamson--about 10 years ago. Can't find it
in a quick search. It was advertised for a couple of years before
introduction as a new and improved OVATION, but it never reached this part of
the country, and I've not tried to grow it. I didn't hear much about it
after it was introduced.
