Pat, oone of the very early members of our FSK Iris Society used to sell from
her garden, walking around with those who came to buy, digging with a shovel
right then on the spot and handing the dug iris - in bloom - to the buyer who
wrapped it in paper and then went on to the next iris wanted. She did a big
business that way - and was a very helpful person - this was back in the
40's. Wish she was still living - she was such a nice person. But then most
