I also have very few stalks. But my Japanese irises, whose foliage was
damaged are beginning to look better, yippy. I was concerned that I would lose
them, they looked so bad.
However, Bob Strohman told me he had lost a lot of his Louisiana Irises
he had in water that froze. He said, he only has sticks. Poor guy, I feel for
him.
