impatience re JI

My JI seeds haven't germinated after 5 weeks at 75 degrees.  I dug one up 
and it looks quite healthy and fat but nothing doing yet.  How long do I 
have to wait?  I did give them a week of warmth and them 6 weeks in the 
fridge and now warmth--- for how long?? Please advise.  I know it is 75 
degrees because I germinate things in my oven -the pilot light keeps it 
at an even temp.  Incidentally Carolyn S.  I still can't get though to
