Hi Clarence and everyone: Have you ever tried to grow I. douglasiana?
Supposedly it is more forgiving of Eastern U.S. and other conditions than
other Pacificas and is a "garden animal" here, surviving even in a
summer-irrigated perennial bed with fairly heavy clayey soil. I am also
curious to know if the Cal-Sibes do for you- some of them are pretty jazzy!
