If it is infact some sucknig insect the the solutions vary according to the
insect. Aphids/Spider mites can be controlled (not eliminated) by spraying them
off (probably not a good solution for tender seedlings). Other solutions are an
insectidal soap (marginally useful depending on the problem) or a general
pesticide (ugh)
