Hello all Irisarins... No time for a bio... emeregency here:
My seedlings have some bug devouring them. These aren't iris seedlings, but
things I'm growing for the plant sale which will support the Western New
York Iris Society, so the idea applies here::::
When I went down this morning, I found THINGS doing awful stuff to the
new grrowth.... Curled leaves, dried up tiny new growth, something lik
aphids, perhaps mites, but nothing flies around. I don't know if I have
spider webs.... awwwffffuuuullll
Not a huge infestation, confined so far to one bank of grow lights, the
one with the all spectrum bulb. So far the other set with just flourescent
lights SEEMS to be ok. I've been theorizing that warmth and air circulation
would prevent all problems,,,,, wrong again.
Suggestions::::???? HELP!!!
Those of you who are also on the Daylily Robin will see this as a repeated
posting apologies. I'll take help from any source....
