Hi iris folks,
the day before I visited Dr. Rodionenko in St.Petersburg at his 85th
anniversary.
During this meeting we told about history of iris growing in Russia. Dr.
Rodionenko show me a catalog of Regel's nursery in St.Petersburg, year
1912. It list 116 variety of Iris germanica. Four ones marked as
"interregna", they are HELGE, HALFDAN, INGEBORG and WALHALLA.
Could someone tell what does this term mean?
