If you buy soft copper tubing you can easily bend it to any shape so long as the
bends are not too sharp. It is more expensive but easy to work with.
Soldering is realy a snap, especially when the joint does not have to be
leakproof. A propane torch will do the job in a jiffy.
Also, at least some epoxy formulations will bond at least some metals.
