Rima,
Don't panic yet about SIBs or JIs not showing especially if they went in last season.
The Spurias are up about 6" to 8" now (a shot of warm weather into the 50s did it).
Early SIBs are up and the late SIBs are showing about 1/2" of new green growth.
JIs that went in last season are up anywhere from 1/2" to 1".
Except for the SPU, everyone has bounced up within the past week and a half.
