But please keep in mind that the true iris fanatics tend to get REALLY
cranky when the OT posts outnumber the iris posts, especially when in
digest mode. Some have left us. The rest of us fanatics tend to grit
our teeth and grumble.
Also, the best way to change the subject when folks get 'stuck' in an
endless, repetitious debate or too many posts that are OT is to post
questions and comments about iris.

iris stalks forming here and there in spite of it all. Temperatures
have gone from highs of near 90oF last week to 28oF this morning (that's
from too dadburned hot to too dadburned cold too dadburned fast)
