CULT: Bloom Out

Hi L-ers,
	Since there has been so much chat on the list about bloom out I thought I 
should send a message. So I have been growing irises for nearly ten years and 
have never experienced bloom out. I thought it was a figment of someone's 
imagination. Yesterday I discovered all four fans of Hey There, a little 
reblooming MDB, are all sending up stalks. This variety was dug and divided 
last year and I saved a large piece with increase attached. I see no increase 
coming on any of these rhizomes. Should I cut a couple of the bloomstalks off 
to promote increase growth or just leave it alone?
