I have several irises planted next to my house(against the
foundation).They are well established..about 3-4 yrs.
We are going to have the house treated for termites. The termite people
need to dig a 6"wide and 6" deep trench around the house to treat for
bugs. Can I move my irises now? Should I replant them somewhere else
temporarily, or leave them out of ground for a few days and replant
after the bug guys are gone? I live in Central Indiana. Zone 5.
