My Grizzled Old Warrior has his
own platform bed in each garden,
where he guards the iris against
depredation by the ground squirrels.
And WOE to any stray cat that dares
to set foot in his territory.
Of course, he was raised amid the
iris and as a kitten he was carried =
through the garden to "help" with
hybridizing....
