I've seen something like this on the X files. I believe that it has been
scientifically proved but is being covered up at a very high level of
government. (The conspiracy theory)
(Perhaps too much coffee and stress Linda?)
Seriously though, if the white 'reverted' iris are all from one very
prolific grower, then a DNA test would help solve the mystery. Are these
tests available at all. I seem to recall mention of them in the past. I
doubt that the person who originally brought up this thread would want
to go to a lot of expense, but it would be interesting from a scientific
point of view.
