Lucky you Mike!! I did the merit thing and I am not sure it helped. I have
borer in all stages of development right now. Have small tiny ones and big
fat juicy ones and I see a gray/brown moth but not sure if it is the borer.
Went around with a butterfly net one year LOL. right now I am putting in
Milky spore with my fertilizer and lime as I replant. The devastation from
the borer is unbeliveable and the iris that still sends off increases in its
determination to survive is inspiring.
