Thanks for posting Neil - I'm always on the lookout for wider new TBs
that grow in this general area to cross with some of the tougher older
ones. Your growing conditions are similar enough to this side of the
mountains that I notice the Sunset Guide says you and I are in the same
gardening zone (putting me in a different zone from the rest of
Tennessee, Kentucky, & north Mssippi). Hearing that it was healthy
enough to make successful crosses at your place is encouraging.
If you have time & kept notes, I'm curious what success rate you had
making crosses this year.
