 Hi Linda:
 I can`t answer for Rosalie, but Epsom salt is an
excellent nutrient releaser and adds acidity to the
soil. It somehow makes the nutrients that are locked
in the soil more accessible to acetic loving plants. I
find it better then sulfur.
 I used a couple table spoons full, sprinkled around
the plant, scratched in then watered. If a plant is
starting to look a little pale it picks it right up.
