RE: Cult-Colder climates

I have been planting aa bit deeper then recomended and suggesting that my colder zone custonmers do the same. I seems to help except were soil is wet.
Better survival, less heaving etc. About 1/2 to 1" of soil over backs od rhizome. Sometimes it is even deeper.
