I wonder how long it would work. From what I've read, the deer would get used to it and ignore it once they figured it out. It didn't take mine long to figure out that when I sent my dog out to "get them", they didn't have to worry. A 6-pound Yorkie makes a lot of noise, but that's about it. They'd be mildly annoyed, but it didn't keep them away long. Maggie thinks it's great fun, though. Donna
