I'm sorry to hear of Mike's passing. We've been able to exchange plants, observations and humor over the last few years, and I'll miss him. -- Griff

As many of you are aware, one of our long time list members, Mike Greenfield, 
has been battling cancer.
With great sadness, I am dropping this note to let everyone know that today at 
1:00 pm, Mike passed away.
Mike approached irises as well as most other things in life with a great deal 
of enthusiasm and wonder. Those
so inclined should step out to their garden, pause for a moment in
remembrance. He was a good friend and will
be missed.

I will post arrangements when they are available.
