Re: Would you all help select everbloomers

John was looking for a source and recommended growers to obtain reblooming
irises.  Several people on Iris-L recommended that he get his irises locally.
Just thought that I'd post this warning.

Last year I ordered $120.00 of reblooming irises from ALL SEASONS IRIS GARDENS
and have not received my irises or refund after numerous telephone calls and
letters.  This was the former garden of reblooming hybridizer, Dr. John Weiler.
I don't have the address, but the garden is near Fresno, CA.  I don't know if
ALL SEASONS IRIS GARDEN is still in business, I don't see it advertised.  When I
call the number I still get a recording, but no one ever returns my messages.  

I am in the process of contacting the postal authorities and will file a report
of mail fraud.  I hate to do this but have no recourse.   I post this only so
others don't have the same type of problems I've encountered.  Anybody out that
way know what is going on with this garden?  I've also written John Weiler - and
even he doesn't respond to my letters!!!

ALL SEASONS IRIS GARDENS is a source that I would NOT recommendll!!  A warning
to the wise is sufficient!!!
