Ellen...a couple of years ago, AIS wanted to make the ENTIRE judges ballot
due on JULY 1ST!!! Then NONE of us in the NE could have voted for JIs the
same year that we saw them! The SJI popularity poll deadline is probably
tied to publication deadlines... Ted - can you shed light?
