Donald...an easy first step in starting a local group is to find out the
members of AIS who live not too far from you. You can do that by getting the
Membership Book from AIS (See sales items in the Bulletin) or by asking your
RVP (Marshall) for a list of members in Region 5. If there are even just a
few members in the same general area, you could write them a note and ask of
