Kathy - thanks for the info re: late blooming JI's, and
congratulations on winning the best seedling at your JI show! Do tell
more - been hybridizing long? - any plans to introduce it?
Is Niagara Power available via mailorder? Sounds great.
By the way, I saw Shirley Pope last weekend at our auction. She was
surprised that I already knew that Carol Warner had won an HM for
Shaker's Prayer so I told her about iris-l. I also told her you had
written a great report about your Maine Chance tour. I was thinking
about printing it and sending it to her. I think she would enjoy it.
What do you think?
Our auction last Saturday raised over $3,000! I bought John White's
JI Dirigo Debutante and two of his Siberians - Elisabth McEwen and
Maurice Pope, and 2 TB's. I told John I am starting my John White
collection. Can you tell I'm more excited about the beardless than
the bearded irises?
