A luminata is an iris with an outpouring of white over the haftand partway
down the falls. The original was the Sass  iris MOONLIT SEA.  IT SEEMS TO BE
PART OF THE  PLICATA SERIES.  Someone else might like to explain this more
carefully.   Lloyd Zurbrigg.
