I agree most of the sections try to have all members be AIS members, I'm sure
a few slip by.  It'll be interesting to see what you learn from your
speaker-I have feeling it is a competitor for AIS and I think they've tried
to serve all interests.  We grow lots of TBs though my hybridizing interests
have been siberians.  Other types of irises extend the bloom season and give
variety.
